KWCM receives “Social Capital Builder Logo Award” and “Joyful@Healthy Workplace Best Practices Award”

K. Wah Construction Materials Limited ("KWCM") received the “Social Capital Builder Logo Award” for the first time in commendation of the Company’s contributions to the development of social capital in Hong Kong. The biannual Social Capital Builder Awards programme is hosted by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund under the Labour and Welfare Bureau with the aim of encouraging and commending the performance of social responsibility by individuals and corporations. KWCM also won the “Joyful@Healthy Workplace Best Practices Award” in Excellent Class as a recognition of its efforts in promoting a corporate culture that prioritises employees’ physical and mental well-being. The award is jointly organised by the Department of Health, Labour Department and the Occupational Safety & Health Council.
