KWIH earned a number of awards in the eighth Most-preferred Property Projects Awards presentation ceremony in Shanghai organized by Jie Fang Daily Group and Xin Wen Bao She. Shanghai Westwood was honoured as the Most-preferred Property Project based on its superb quality, positive word of mouth and outstanding sales performance. K. Wah (China) Investment Co., Ltd., fetched Most-preferred Property Enterprise while Vincent Gu, General Manager of Sales & Property Management of the company, was also selected as the Most Influential Property Practitioner.
