GEG’s Stellar Achievements in The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2025
Galaxy Entertainment Group ("GEG") is honoured to celebrate another remarkable year of recognition in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2025, with even more Michelin-starred accolades.
Under the leadership of Assistant Vice President of F&B Culinary and Executive Chef Chan Chek Keong, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel, a property of GEG, has been awarded two Michelin stars for the ninth consecutive year. Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa at Raffles at Galaxy Macau, the first international outpost of three-Michelin-starred sushi master Chef Masaaki Miyakawa, with Executive Chef Hironori Satake on its resident team, has earned one Michelin star in its opening year. Meanwhile, at Galaxy Macau™, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, under the helm of Executive Chef Marino D’Antonio, proudly holds a Michelin star for 10 consecutive years. Lai Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, helmed by Chinese Executive Chef Jackie Ho Hon, is once again honoured with one Michelin star recognition for the ninth consecutive year.
