To nurture future leaders, a range of training and development opportunities are provided by different business divisions of the Group. For instance, K. Wah Construction Materials introduces a Management Associate Programme that provides a two-year on-the-job training to high-calibre personnel. In our property division, People Development Programme is offered to brush up leadership, visionary, functional and managerial skills of staff with management potential. In Galaxy Entertainment Group, its management team members are provided the GEG Leaders Program and GEG Management Skills Program to advance their management and leadership skills. Gaining a better understanding of hotel operations, hotel staff has the opportunity to transfer to other positions and acquire necessary skills.
