GEG Hosts “IR Youth Program Talent Development Showcase and Ceremony”

Galaxy Entertainment Group (“GEG”) has long been committed to supporting the Macau SAR Government’s policy of “Building Macau with Talent Training” through various initiatives aimed at cultivating local professionals in the integrated tourism and leisure industry. Since 2023, GEG has partnered with the Macau SAR Government to co-organize the “GEG Integrated Resort Youth Development Program,” which has provided over 180 local talents with diverse employment opportunities in Food & Beverage, Hotel & MICE Operations, Integrated Resort Services, Security Operations & Asset Protection, and Transportation. Meticulously curated, the program includes up to 300 hours of professional courses and vocational training, offering comprehensive support for participants to enhance their personal and professional development.

GEG Actively Provides Internship Opportunities for Macau’s University Students

Galaxy Entertainment Group ("GEG") continues to collaborate with universities in Macau to provide internship opportunities for students, helping to enrich their work experiences and enhance their professional skills and workplace competitiveness.
An opening ceremony for the “Galaxy Integrated Resorts Internship Program 2025 First Half” was held at the ballroom of Hotel Okura Macau of Galaxy Macau™, where GEG executives attended to welcome the interns to the GEG family.
A total of 34 interns will join the program in the first half of 2025 and placed for internships at GEG’s six Forbes star-rated hotels, namely Galaxy Hotel™, Banyan Tree Macau, Hotel Okura Macau, Raffles at Galaxy Macau, Andaz Macau and Broadway Hotel. The interns will work in various departments including Hotel Operations, MICE Operations, Environmental Services, Food and Beverage, Resort & Recreation, Entertainment Programming, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources Information System, Marketing Partnership, and Marketing Support Services. GEG will continue to use the highly popular “SiFu-support” scheme, pairing interns with experienced Sifus for one-on-one guidance, thus helping them build a solid foundation for their future career development.
