Dr Lui Che-woo received the “Outstanding Leadership in Social Responsibility Award” at the World Travel Awards Asia & Australasia Ceremony 2018, in recognition of his establishment of the LUI Che Woo Prize – Prize for World Civilisation, which promotes harmony and positive energy, as well as his contribution to the charitable causes.

Wah Group’s five-star flagship hotel, also won the prestigious “Hong Kong’s Leading Business Hotel” for the fifth consecutive year, while taking home the “Asia’s Leading Business Hotel” third year in a row. The Group’s first serviced apartment in Hong Kong, Stanford Residences Victoria Harbour, was awarded “Asia’s Leading Hotel Residences” for the first time, all affirming the Group’s outstanding quality and impeccable service!

Galaxy Macau wins big at G2E Asia Awards

GEG wins two distinguished awards at the 4th HKIRA Investor Relations Awards

GEG was named Best IR Company (Large Cap) for the third year, seeing off strong competition from hundreds of other listed companies, and Mr Francis Lui, Vice Chairman of GEG was awarded Best IR by Chairman/CEO (Large Cap) at the 4th Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA) Investor Relations Awards. These prestigious awards are great endorsement of GEG’s commitment in delivering timely, accurate, effective and transparent communications with its shareholders and potential investors.  Also it could not have been achieved without the continuous support from the board and efforts of the team members.


KWIH Garners Best IR Company Award

K. Wah International Holdings (“KWIH”) received “Best IR Company Award” at the HKIRA 4th Investor Relations Awards 2018. Examined and voted through an online survey by the domestic and international investment sector including buy-side and sell-side analysts and fund managers, the award recognised KWIH’s clear organizational structure and policies with well-defined responsibilities of the management and the Board of Directors to ensure independence and effectiveness. In addition, its strong commitment to protect the rights and interests of shareholders and maintain good relationships through various channels with stakeholders was highly appreciated.

KWIH garners Hong Kong Arts Development Awards 2017 “Award for Arts Sponsorship”

K. This is the fourth year for KWIH being recognised for its sound financial position and business sustainability in the awards campaign. Made up of professionals from the finance, business and law sectors, the judging panel examined the company’s financial condition through PE ratio and a three-year average profit growth rate to estimate future growth potential.

Thanks to its shrewd strategies and commitment to excellence and quality, KWIH has maintained its run of business success with attributable contracted sales for 2017 exceeding the HK$10 billion benchmark for the third consecutive year. In addition, KWIH acquired six prime sites in Hong Kong and Mainland China in 2017 with a total attributable GFA of over 420,000 sqm, a further expansion of its business presence in Hong Kong, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta Regions.
